Texas is the state with the highest uninsured rate, according to an analysis by WalletHub, a personal finance website.
To identify the states with the highest and lowest uninsured rates, WalletHub analysts compared the overall insurance rates in 50 states in 2018 using U.S. Census Bureau data.
