The Alabama Department of Public Health announced New Woman All Women Health Care in Birmingham has agreed to give up its license after state investigators discovered several deficiencies at the center.
The March investigation was sparked by a complaint received in January. The deficiencies included failure to properly train staff on delivering safe patient care and failure to institute policies designed to prevent medication errors. The comprehensive report can be found here.
