U.S. News & World Report released its 2019 Best Nursing Informatics Programs ranking March 20.
The publication released the list as part of its 2019 Best Graduate Schools rankings, which evaluate graduate programs across business, education, engineering, law, medicine and nursing. For its rankings, U.S. News & World Report reviews programs on factors such as employment rates and starting salaries for graduates.
Nurses who enroll in a nursing informatics program aim to learn how to improve patient outcomes through data and technology. The top schools for this nursing specialty may offer informatics programs at the MSN and DNP levels.
