The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality has announced the submission dates for its Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture Comparative Database have been changed to May 15-June 15, 2011, according to an agency announcement.
In previous years, the data submission was May 1-June 30. Registration will open on May 15. Hospitals and health systems that have already completed administration of the AHRQ Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture and are prepared to submit their data by June 15, 2011 are eligible.
