Physicians, front-line staff, nurses, physician assistants and quality improvement specialists are welcome to enter a two-minute video on a quality improvement story.

Entries into the competition will be judged by a RWJF panel on the quality of the innovation, the potential for broad replication and the applicability of the innovation to the competition's goals.
