ProAct Safety, a safety excellence strategy firm, announced its third annual public workshop for senior managers across industries on the proprietary Strategic Targets for Excellent Performance in Safety, or STEPS, strategy methodology.
Through the workshop, ProAct Safety will share the most successful strategies for customizing safety excellence processes for organizations and developing a three- to five-year safety excellence business plan, based on the five-star Amazon rated book, STEPS to Safety Culture Excellence.
STEPS is a universal process organizations can use to identify, prioritize and solve safety problems at many levels. It is designed to address all safety issues — organizational, behavioral, conditional and cultural.
The workshop is limited to 10 participants. It will be held Sept. 14 and 15, in The Woodlands, Texas. Those interested in learning more or signing up can click here.
