A free self-assessment of programs to prevent pressure ulcers is available from the Greater New York Hospital Association, a trade association comprising hospitals in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
The assessment is part of the Gold Success Through Assessment, Management and Prevention Program developed by the New York Department of Health, GNYHA, the Continuing Care Leadership Coalition and the Healthcare Association of New York State, among others.
