Patient Safety Tool: ACGME Pathways to Excellence

The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education has released a free guide for institutions that outlines six focus areas that can help improve patient care quality.

Focusing on and improving these six areas can create an "optimal clinical learning environment," which in turn will translate to better patient care quality, according to the guide.
