Only Few Hospitals Regularly Use Prevention Methods Targeting CAUTI

Although a majority of surveyed U.S. hospitals increased use of methods to prevent central line-associated bloodstream infections and ventilator-associated pneumonia, only few hospitals regularly used prevention practices for catheter-associated urinary tract infections, according to the University of Michigan Health System.
