Nursing Association Releases New Standards for Bathing Patients

The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses has released a practice alert updating guidelines for bathing bed-bound hospitalized patients.

The AACN released updated protocols for bathing adult patients based on studies showing prepackaged cleansers as superior cleaning agents.
