Philadelphia police arrested a woman Oct. 17 on charges of fraudulently practicing as a nurse, CBS Philly reports.

Rachel Ortega, 48, who also goes by the name Rachel Bordman, allegedly posed as a registered nurse and posted advertisements online saying she owned a healthcare company called Shanahan Enterprises. Police say she provided home healthcare services under the Shanahan Enterprises name.
