The non-profit quality-improvement collaborative Quality Health Network is developing a "registry of registries," designed to improve healthcare delivery and population health, according to a news release.
QHN's quality improvement-focused efforts facilitate the exchange of data by its participants to support population health management, care coordination, pay-for-performance and other quality improvement initiatives.
The data-sharing registry, which will be powered by The Advisory Board Company's Crimson Care Registry, will allow QHN participants in Colorado to optimize each patient's visit for a more comprehensive approach to healthcare.
