New Jersey Children Mistakenly Receive Breast Cancer Medication

A CVS in Chatham, N.J., mistakenly administered breast cancer medications to children who were prescribed fluoride pills from Dec. 1 to Feb. 20, according to a Tampa Bay Times report.

CVS Caremark officials and other experts said the children will most likely not suffer any damage from the medication mix-up. CVS officials said it would investigate how the error occurred.
