National Research Corporation, a patient satisfaction firm, announced the 2014 Path to Excellence and Innovative Best Practice award winners.
The Innovative Best Practice Award is given to an organization that demonstrates best practices that result in significant improvements in patient-centered care and outcomes. The Path to Excellence awards recognizes the work of many employees in each winning organization.
Crozer-Keystone Health System, based in Upland, Pa., won the 2014 Innovative Best Practice Award. The other top two finalists for the award are Union Hospital in Elkton, Md., and Yavapai Regional Medical Center-West Campus in Prescott, Ariz.
