National Quality Forum seeks groups to test population management action guide

The National Quality Forum is seeking up to 10 collaborative groups from across the country to field test the NQF Action Guide 1.0 — a handbook that aims at helping groups working to improve population health at the local, state or national level.

The guide was developed by an NQF-convened, multi-stakeholder committee. It is structured around 10 key elements, ranging from a community's readiness to begin a population health program to prioritizing health improvement activities. The selected groups will have the opportunity to interact with one another and with members of the committee.

Anyone wishing to be considered as a field testing group can apply until Oct. 7. The submission form and additional information is available online.
