Indiana Hospitals Report 107 Adverse Events in 2010

Hospitals in Indiana reported 34 hospital-acquired stage 3 or 4 pressure ulcers, 33 retained foreign objects and 17 falls resulting in a death or serious disability in 2010, according to the Indiana State Department of Health's Medical Error Report for 2010.
