Healthcare Performance Improvement Press Ganey, a patient safety and reliability consulting firm acquired by Press Ganey in 2015, is now federally registered as an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality Patient Safety Organization.
PSO designation offers those sharing data on patient safety initiatives legal protection. The designation will also contribute to the further expansion of the suite of safety solutions for healthcare organizations provided by HPI Press Ganey.
