Hospital-specific reports for the fiscal year 2014 Hospital Readmissions Reduction Program are available for preview through July 12 on My QualityNet, according to an AHA News Now report.
The Excess Readmission Ratios are based on CMS fee-for-service claims from July 2009 through June 2012, and will be publicly reported on the Hospital Compare website in October. If hospitals suspect an error in their ratio calculations or discharge-level data, they should email CMS_readmissions_reduction@mathematica-mpr.com by July 12, according to the report.
