Vinsante, a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in medication management, and HelioMetrics, a drug diversion software analytics solution, will collaborate to create services for hospitals and health systems to bolster drug diversion prevention measures.
The solutions provided via the alliance will assist system administrators in understanding system weaknesses and creating strategies to increase operational efficiency for quality and patient safety.

Opioid drug diversion in hospitals has become a critical healthcare issue as the nation continues to struggle with the worst drug overdose epidemic in U.S. history.
