The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is inviting public to comment on its proposed project that involves updating and expanding the AHRQ QI Toolkit for hospitals.
The toolkit assists hospitals in both using the quality indicators and improving the quality and safety of the care they provide, as measured by those indicators. It was released in 2012, and since that time quality indicators have been expanded and changed. Thus, AHRQ feels that the toolkit needs to be updated.
Comments must be received by Sept. 3. All comments will become a matter of public record.
