The following is a list of hospitals with 30-day pneumonia readmission below 15 percent, some of the lowest rates in the nation. Data was taken from CMS' Hospital Compare.

For reference, the national average rate of 30-day pneumonia readmission is 17.6 percent, according to hospital Compare. Data was last updated April 16.
