At least 94 percent of patients at these 54 hospitals responded on their HCAHPS surveys that yes, staff did give information about what to do during their recovery at home.
The information is from CMS' Hospital Compare website and represents HCAHPS scores collected from April 2015 through March 2016.
For reference, the national average is 87 percent.
Note: Hospitals were excluded from this list if they had fewer than 100 completed surveys or there were discrepancies in the data collection process.
