The following is a list of hospitals with the lowest 30-day readmission rates from heart attacks, according to data from CMS.

 

The information was pulled from CMS' Hospital Compare and is from July 2012 through June 2015, the most recent data available.

All hospitals on this list have a 30-day readmission rate from acute myocardial infarctions less than 15 percent. For reference, the national average is 16.8 percent.
