Five hospital systems in New Hampshire have partnered under a collaborative called Granite Healthcare Network, which relies heavily on data to improve cost savings and quality, according to a Union Leader report.
The five hospital systems are Concord Hospital, Elliot Hospital, LRGHealthcare, Southern New Hampshire Health System and Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover. According to the report, forming a collaborative allows the hospitals to purchase the technology at a lower cost. The technology is then used to conduct predictive analyses to manage population health and outcomes, such as readmissions.
