As of Friday, the Arizona Department of Health Services has confirmed 16 cases of measles in the state related to the outbreak that began in late May. Thousands could have come into contact with the virus at various sites of potential public exposure.
There are 15 confirmed cases in Pinal County residents and one confirmed case in a resident of Maricopa County. A list of exposure sites can be found here.
