Axial Exchange announced the release of its California Patient Engagement Index, which ranks 135 California hospitals on patient engagement.
The index ranks hospitals based on an analysis of publicly available data in three categories: personal health management, patient satisfaction and social media engagement.
Axial Exchange previously released regional patient engagement indexes for Florida and Texas and plans to issue more in the future.
