Alla "Al" Wazwaz was appointed CEO of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Modesto (Calif.).
Mr. Wazwaz, who stepped into the role in August, oversees the day-to-day operations of the 50-bed inpatient rehab hospital, according to a system news release.
Previously, he served as a CEO with ScionHealth in Las Vegas, according to his LinkedIn page.
