Renton, Wash.-based Providence St. Joseph Health launched Ayin Health Solutions, a population health management company.
The company will offer payers, providers, employers and government entities the expertise and services necessary to enhance population health initiatives. Ayin will offer a suite of population health capabilities including a pharmacy benefits management service, a proprietary risk evaluation tool and comprehensive reporting as well as an employee health benefits service.
"With Ayin we have a tremendous opportunity to take our knowledge and value-based care proficiencies and extend that expertise to payers and organizations outside of the PSJH system," said Rhonda Medows, CEO of Ayin Health Solutions and president of population health at Providence St. Joseph Health. "We will leverage our leadership, day-to-day frontline expertise and heritage of service to deliver population health solutions and services that will deliver real impact."
Providence St. Joseph Health is a 51-hospital, nonprofit system serving communities in Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
