Ogden (Utah) Regional Medical Center has been found guilty of retaliatory termination for firing an employee after he lodged a racism complaint against the hospital, according to a Miami Herald report.
Raymond Zisumbo, a computer tomography technician who had been serving as interim department head, filed a complaint of racism after he wasn't promoted, according to the report. He was then fired a month later, prompting his claims of retaliatory termination, according to the report.
