- San Diego-based Scripps Health partnered with Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp to help provide laboratory services until its systems were restored following a cyberattack.
- UnitedHealthcare named Labcorp to its 2021 preferred lab network.
- Labcorp announced that it acquired Ovia Health, a popular digital pregnancy and parenting platform based in Boston. Neither company disclosed details of the deal.
