Denver-based Centura Health plans to sell St. Anthony Granby (Colo.) Medical Center for $2.6 million to Kremmling (Colo.) Memorial Hospital District, according to a Denver Business Journal report.
The sale is part of a new affiliation agreement between the two parties, in which the hospital district and Centura will develop shared treatments, such as cardiac, stroke, spine, oncology and trauma programs.
Kremmling Memorial Hospital District is a 25-bed hospital that operates as Middle Park Medical Center in Kremmling. Ownership of Granby Medical Center will change Jan. 1 — the same day Kremmling opens its new Middle Park Medical Center in Granby.
