Amulet Capital closes $1.2B fund for healthcare investments

Amulet Capital Partners closed a new fund with $1.2 billion of investable capital earmarked for healthcare purchases, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Amulet Capital Fund III closed around 20% above its target, according to the report. The middle-market private equity firm is focused on the healthcare industry and includes U.S. Digestive Health, United Vein & Vascular Centers and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions in its portfolio.

The investment firm had around $2.7 billion assets under management as of March 2024. It has 12 platform investments and 34 add-on acquisitions.

Amulet has specific expertise in life sciences outsourcing, providers including practice management and dental service organizations, and payer services.
