2. Stephanie Whitaker, MSN, was selected as the new chief nursing officer at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith (Ark.).
3. Katie Hatcher was selected as the new CFO at Donalsonville (Ga.) Hospital after previously working as the hospital's controller.
4. Heather Smith, RN, was named director of nursing at Donalsonville (Ga.) Hospital.
5. Phyllis Garrett, DNP, MSN, RN, was selected as the new behavioral health unit director at Donalsonville (Ga.) Hospital.
6. Puneeta Sharma, MD, was named chief medical officer of Valley Medical Group, part of Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System.
7. Carol Grove, MSN, was named chief nursing officer and vice president at Parkersburg, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center.
8. Sharileda Vance, MD, was named chief medical officer at Parkersburg, W.Va.-based WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center.
9. Renee Ford was selected as the new COO at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast.
10. Sowmya Viswanathan, MD, was named the new chief physician executive at Clearwater, Fla.-based BayCare.
