Glendale, Wis.-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare has announced expanded spine and orthopedic care at the Midwest Spine and Orthopedic Hospital, located on the Wheaton Franciscan-Wisconsin Heart Hospital Campus in Wauwatosa, Wis.
The Midwest Spine and Orthopedic Hospital has been very profitable for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, most recently reporting a pretax net income of $30.8 million on revenue of $64.9 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, according to a Journal Sentinel report.
The hospital is on track to perform 400 orthopedic and spine surgeries by June 30, according to the Journal Sentinel report.
