University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, Ohio, is planning a $5.5 million cancer care addition, according to a hospital news release.
The 4,600-square-foot addition will include radiation therapy services, new physician offices and patient examination rooms. The project will expand services currently offered by University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center at UH Geauga Medical Center, including infusion therapy, surgery, diagnostic imaging, nutritional support, preventive screenings and education.
The hospital plans to complete construction in late 2012.
