Miami-based UHealth is naming Carlos Correcha-Price as chief marketing and communications officer.
Before this new role, Mr. Correcha-Price served as chief marketing and communications officer at digital diagnostics company eMed Digital Healthcare. He will begin his position Dec. 5, according to a Dec. 2 UHealth news release provided to Becker's.
"Carlos' wealth of experience will be a vital asset to UHealth and the Miller School," Rudy Fernandez, UHealth's executive vice president for external affairs and strategic initiatives, said. "He brings unique perspectives that will advance our marketing and communications goals around research, education, and the continued expansion of access to our academic-based health care, both in South Florida's communities and globally."
