Mark Runyon is the new executive vice president and CFO of Tampa (Fla.) General hospital, effective March 2.
Mr. Runyon brings more than three decades of financial leadership experience to the role.
Most recently, he was vice president of operational finance at Intermountain Healthcare, a 23-hospital health system based in Salt Lake City.
His previous healthcare roles include senior vice president of operations finance at Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System and vice president of finance for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's Southern states region.
Mr. Runyon has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marshall University in Huntington, W. Va.
