Jeremy Tinnerello, MSN, RN, has resigned as president of Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, La., CBS affiliate KNOE reported Oct. 11.
A spokesperson for the 278-bed hospital, which is part of Dallas-based Steward Health Care, told the news station that the hospital remains fully operational and an interim leader is expected to be named soon.
Mr. Tinnerello has been selected as the new president of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System's Jackson, Miss., market. He will begin his new role at the Baton Rouge, La.-based health system in November, according to an Oct. 5 news release.
Mr. Tinnerello has served as president of Glenwood Regional since November 2016, according to his LinkedIn page. He also previously served in other leadership roles at the organization, including as chief nursing officer and COO.
In his new role, Mr. Tinnerello will oversee St. Dominic's Hospital, a 571-bed tertiary hospital in Jackson.
