Meleah Mariani, MSN, BSN, is the new CNO of Spectrum Health Ludington (Mich.) Hospital.
Ms. Mariani brings a wealth of nursing leadership experience to the role.
She has served as interim CNO of Ludington Hospital since December and CNO of Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial in Fremont (Mich.) since 2014.
Ms. Mariani also previously held nursing leadership roles at Allegiance Health in Jackson, Mich., and St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Spectrum Health said Caroline Ring, DNP, CNO at Spectrum Health Big Rapids (Mich.) and Reed City (Mich.) hospitals, has been serving as interim CNO of Spectrum Gerber Memorial and will continue to do so until a permanent CNO is appointed there.
