Placentia (Calif.)-Linda Hospital, part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare, has named Audrey Gregory, RN, BSN, MSN, MHA, PhD, as CEO.
Dr. Gregory has more than 20 years of nursing experience. She began her most recent position in 2011 as COO of St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Prior to joining St. Francis Hospital, she was the interim and later permanent chief nursing officer at Delray Medical Center in Beach, Fla., before which she served as director of emergency services and director of nursing for Delray Medical Center.
Dr. Gregory earned a PhD in global leadership concentrating in corporate and organizational management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., and a master's degree in both nursing and healthcare administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Ga.
