CVS Health has selected Sree Chaguturu, MD, to serve as CMO of its pharmacy benefits management business, CVS Caremark, effective in early September.
Dr. Chaguturu comes to CVS Health from Boston-based Partners HealthCare, where he served as chief population health officer. He also oversaw Partners' ACO. He is a practicing internal medicine physician at Massachusetts General Hospital and a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston.
In his new role, Dr. Chaguturu will be responsible for pharmacy benefits management and specialty pharmacy.
