Mark Bush, president and CEO of MidMichigan Medical Center–Gratiot in Alma, Mich., has announced his resignation, effective Aug. 26, according to a hospital release.
Mr. Bush was named president of the hospital in 2007. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president at MidMichigan Medical Center–Gladwin (Mich.). Both are affiliates of MidMichigan Health. Mr. Bush plans to pursue a second career in teaching and consulting while attending Central Michigan University for his doctorate in health administration.
