Three notes:
1. Ms. Cullison previously served as CEO of The Village at Germantown, a retirement community.
2. She began her career in healthcare at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown in 2004 as an administrative resident.
3. She also served in other leadership roles at Methodist Germantown, including as assistant administrator and vice president.
