Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy Springfield Communities has named Sadaf Sohrab, MD, chief medical officer.
She stepped into her new role April 12 and will provide leadership to all of Mercy's service lines and physicians, according to a system news release.
Dr. Sohrab most recently served as regional chair of the cardiovascular service line.
