McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., appointed Bill Murdock vice president and CFO, effective April 22.
Four notes:
1. Mr. Murdock most recently served as vice president and CFO of Trinity Health System-Mercy Medical Center in Clinton, Iowa.
2. He has also served as controller and CFO at Hammond-Henry Hospital in Geneseo, Ill., and St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago.
3. He has worked in healthcare finance roles for 26 years, including as a senior Medicare auditor for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
4. Mr. Murdock holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
