Liberty (Mo.) Hospital tapped Chakshu Gupta, MD, as chief medical officer.
Dr. Gupta will replace Raghu Adiga, MD, who was named hospital president and CEO in September, according to a Jan. 25 news release from the hospital.
Dr. Gupta will continue to serve as the hospital's medical director of laboratory services and continue parts of his clinical work.
