Novant Health has appointed Leslie Barrett president and COO of Novant Health Medical Park Hospital in Winston-Salem.
Four things to know:
1. Ms. Barrett is currently system vice president of surgical and anesthesia services at Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health. She will continue in this role.
2. She has served as system vice president at Novant Health since 2015.
3. Ms. Barrett holds an MBA and a master of health administration degree from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, N.C.
4. She succeeds Kirsten Royster, who took on the president and COO role at Novant Health Kernersville (N.C.) Medical Center.
