Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical Center has appointed Kathleen Kaminsky, RN, senior vice president and chief population health officer.
Here are four things to know about Ms. Kaminsky.
1. She will fill a position that was created in response to healthcare's shift to value-based care.
2. In her new role, she will oversee the development and implementation of Englewood's population health management strategy, and will provide strategic and operational leadership.
3. Ms. Kaminsky has served with the hospital for three decades in nursing and quality leadership.
4. Most recently, she was senior vice president for clinical effectiveness and chief quality officer, in addition to interim CNO.
