Washington, Ind.-based Daviess Community Hospital added a new CEO and CFO, under a recently signed management agreement with Ascension's St. Vincent based in Indianapolis, according to a Washington Times Herald report.
The agreement, which goes into effect on April 10, 2017, hands control of the hospital's day-to-day operations to St. Vincent. Daviess Community Hospital's current management contract with Brentwood, Tenn.-based Quorum Health was coming to an end and the hospital opted for a contract with St. Vincent.
Tracy Conroy will join the hospital as CEO. Most recently, she served as director of operations for Tri State Community Clinics in Evansville, Ind. Previously, she worked as director of clinical services for The Village at Hamilton Pointe, a senior living facility in Newburgh, Ind.
Mandy Rodewald will serve as interim CFO of Daviess Community Hospital. She is currently controller and director of accounting at the hospital.
"The DCH Board of Governors continuously looks for ways to improve our community's access to the highest quality healthcare and to ensure our staff has all the resources they need to provide the best care possible," Daron Steiner, president of the hospital's board of governors, told Washington Times Herald. "By working more closely with the St. Vincent organization, DCH will be very well prepared to do both."
