Charles A. Stark has been named president and CEO of Columbus Regional Healthcare System, based in Columbus, Ga.
Mr. Stark currently serves as president and CEO of Firelands Regional Health System in Sandusky, Ohio, a three-hospital integrated healthcare delivery system. He has led at the helm of the system since 2004.
Mr. Stark's appointment is effective Feb. 6. He succeeds Larry Sanders, who retired as chairman and CEO of Columbus Regional in September after 30 years with the organization.
